Launched in 1987 E! emphasizes coverage of the celebrity-industrial complex; contemporary film, television and music; entertainment awards shows; daily Hollywood news and gossip; and fashion. E! is available to 80 million subscribers in the US and 400 million homes internationally. Its website E! Online is a top entertainment website, providing the latest daily news and celebrity inside information in a fun, irreverent tone.
ESPN
Offices: Bristol, Connecticut 
ESPN was launched in September 7, 1979 as the flagship network and as of June 1, 2005 reaches more then 90 million households. They have more than 5,100 live and/or original hours of sports programming presented annually more than 65 sports including MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, WNBA, college football, men's and women's college basketball, tennis, PGA and LPGA Tour golf, Little League World Series, the X Games and the Great Outdoor Games. ESPN Original Entertainment (EOE), the newest ESPN programming franchise, creates branded programming outside of the network's traditional event and sports news genres.
ESPN2

ESPN2 was launched in October 1, 1993 in 10 million households and now reaches over 89 million households. Their programming features more than 4,800 live and/or original hours of sports programming annually featuring MLB, NBA, college football and basketball, golf, tennis, auto racing and more. They have reacehd 50, 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80 million homes faster than any network previously.
ESPN Classic
Offices: Bristol, Connecticut 
Originally launched no May 6, 1995 as Classic Sports Network, it was later acquired by ESPN on Oct. 9, 1997 and renamed ESPN Classic. They are devoted to highlighting and celebrating the timeless events, personalities, moments and stories comprising the heritage of sports. As a curator of sports history, ESPN Classic connects the past with the present-day sports landscape, providing sports fans with perspective, context and relevancy. They currently reach 58 million homes.
ESPNEWS
Offices: Bristol, Connecticut 
Launched no November 1, 1996 with 1.5 million subscribers it currently reaches 45 million homes. ESPNEWS, the only 24-hour sports news network, has established itself as an immediate source of sports news and information. They seek to merge ESPN's on-air and online entities to present the ultimate interactive sports news outlet. On September 7, 2001, ESPNEWS relaunched with new elements including enhanced interactive features, graphics and a television first-highlights combined with box scores and shot charts.
ESPNU
Offices: Charlotte, North Carolina
ESPNU is a 24-hour college sports network which launched March 4, 2005. The ESPNU schedule will feature approximately 300 live events (regular-season and championships) in the network's first year. Action includes a variety of top football and men's and women's basketball mixed with baseball, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, ice hockey, and wrestling. ESPNU will also offer comprehensive studio programming, replays of ABC Sports, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN Regional Television games, and various specials.

Launched in December 2003, FitTV reaches more than 35 million households and allows viewers to look and feel better through entertaining and solution-driven programming. They concentrate on fitness and exercise based programming often featuring various fitness celebrities. Fox Broadcasting (FOX)

FOX Broadcasting Company typically refers to News Corporation's branded US broadcast television network that, as one of the nation's four largest and most influential programmers, provides popular primetime, late-night and weekend sports, news and event programs. Launched in 1987, the core FOX network has established itself as one of the nation's most popular and well-branded programming distributors, especially among young adult and teen audiences.
Fox Movie Channel

Launched in 1994 as fxM, Fox Movie Channel concentrates on showing movies uncut and commercial-free. Fox Movie Channel is a direct extension of the Twentieth Century Fox film studio and features films ranging from the greatest titles of the past to the contemporary blockbusters of today. Fox News Channel (FNC)

Fox News Channel is a 24-hour general news service devoted to delivering fair and balanced coverage of the day's news events. Reaching more than 85 million homes, the network offers 18 hours of live programming weekdays, covering breaking news around the globe, as well as political, business and entertainment news. FNC is the most watched cable news channel in America. The network's signature opinion programs, The O'Reilly Factor and Hannity & Colmes, are the two highest rated shows in cable news.
Fox Sports Net (FSN)

Fox Sports Net reaches over 80 million homes through its 21 regional sports channels, and it serves as the first truly national, regional and local supplier of sports programming. Fox Sports Net serves as the cable TV home to 67 of the 80 MLB, NHL and NBA teams based in the United States, and produces over 4,500 live events each year. Fuse Network

Fuse is a 24-hour music television network, dedicated to music all the time with videos, concerts and programming that is influenced by the viewers for the viewers. Fuse targets an audience ages 12-34. Launched in 2003 Fuse currently has 37 million viewers. They are owned by Cablevision Systems Corporation.
FX
